Hi I too had the same problem could not find out who had called me as I could not understand where they calling from. All I heard was Customer...... no mention of Jet Star. So I was like who is this? And now I know stupid Jet Star.

Call from Jetstar, would be nice if the call was not offshore and one could actually understand the person from the call centre.

YES! I am having that exact same problem. Wrong number perhaps? I never gave Jetstar my mobile phone number...

I had 8 missed calls from Jetstar starting at 7.30 am on the first morning of a Bali holiday. Are these people for real?

15/4/13 5.30pm call from this number. I could not understand the male voice and could not find out from him from which company he was calling. It sounded like " Just Elvis " Had to say bye.

This is Jetstar calling me at 6:15am in the morning, as I'm in Perth and their call centre is obviously offshore and they don't know that we have different time zones

Yeh jet star, changing flights (not specials/deals/telemarketing). Innocent call. Had to answer on 2nd try, too

I keep getting SMSs saying I missed a call from this number. The English is poor, so it's obviously generated by non-locals. Additionally, I am getting many SMSs purportedly from Jetstar saying that my flight has been changed, yet I haven't booked any flights in months.

This was Jetstar calling to upsell me to business class.  Although I didnt know why they called and called them back assuming it was something important in regard to my flight.
