had a missed call from this number today..also had another from an 07 number the other day, not answering anything anymore unless i know the number!

We have just recieved our phone account and this number is listed as being called, we were charged $52.22 1HOUR AND 46 MINS for the call which we didnt make, I call the number from my home phone and its telstra, which is strange as we are with another carrier, this whole thing I think is a scam, i am in the process of disputing the account with my carrier

they called me just 5 minutes ago.. i said hello a few times before a guy said he's calling from telstra and asked me "how you doing?". i said i'm good and then all of a sudden he hung up. i got a feeling it's not from telstra since most of the other posts on here say the caller's end of the line is non responsive to the things the receiving end says. if it overly bothers anyone i'd suggest giving telstra a call to see what they have to say about this. that way if these calls are not actually from telstra, the company can be aware of someone using their name and making unsolicited calls. in the meantime my recommendation is don't give ANY information out to the caller!!

missed call from this number.after reading the comments above, not going to try calling back or answering it if they do call back.really odd that some random number is calling me from Melbourne, I'm from Perth, so wtf?

I answered a call from this number this morning, and the guy said it was telstra, and was asking about my plan, and im on 3...weird. Then He stopped asking questions and all i could hear was noise, like a tv in the background, for about 2 mins.
