Overseas call centre? trying to find out if I was the home owner and wanted to upgrade my hot water service. Caller was vague, in that when I asked if it applied to Coober Pedy residents she did not know. She told me after 5 minutes and putting me on hold that it applied to NSW and VIC residents. Apparently my phone number is listed to a Melbourne address - go figure? She told me the water system heats the water. I asked how this is relevant to artesian water? She had no idea what I was talking about. Her English was appalling and there was so much background noise. Call number blocked
