If you haven't specifically given them the OK to call you, tell them you are on the DCR and it will cost them $10,000 for every time they call you. Ask them to remove your number from their purchased list of phone numbers.

charity looking for donations

Called and told me that I had entered an online competition.. NOPE! and that I could win millions... FRAUD

They have called twice and each time when I answered I got nothing, no sound at all, so I hung up. After reading a lot of the above comments I have blocked them.

Just got a call from this number, apparently I entered a competition a while ago and these people thought it was OK to contact me even when I click he no to contact box. It is the same as with all survey competitions ..... they try to get you to sign up with or get more info from the companies that sponsor them.
BEWARE they ask about charities that you many want to donate to, which means they pass on your contact details to these charities. You will get bombarded with calls from all of their sponsors even if you say no.
I am on the do not call register and I will be reporting this number, hopefully that does something.

They said that I won 1 million dollars. And they wanted details. I said that I will be right and I hung up. They had called me since Sunday.

It's amazing how many times I say "I'm not interested" but they'll still continue with their single minded claptrap - Don't these imbeciles have functioning ears, let alone a brain that has the capacity of understanding of what it's like being harassed.

I also received a cal.I answered and they hung up.Maybe they check the White Pages trollinmg and testing if your line is still active then they will spam you with relentless calls.

I do not know how often they ring as I am out and about and never answer calls unless they leave a message on my answering machine - which of course they never do!!!!

Calling everyday with no voicemail left. Definitely blocked!!

Numerous calls and "do not disregard this msg" voicemails, I rang back to receive an aggressive voice saying I had committed fraud and decepted the taxation office... Was told I had 45 mins to fix matter before a conviction is sent to the court.. Stupidly gave my name and address. I asked for his name and tax number(licence to practice) and he hung up

As per many people here they are harrasing me callling up to five times a day.
