Got a call today from this number and they did not talk.  Not good

Keep getting calls from this number but don't know who it is.

It's citylink collections. They called me about a late toll notice.

I called the number back. A voice recorder service answers & says "Hello, this is Telstra. We recently called you to talk about our products. If you were'nt able to answer then we'll call you back soon..waffle waffle"
