Caller: Said they were 'Prime'

This person called and said my account was going to get charged. We needed to cancel our subscription or it would charge our bank account.
We were then asked to start up the computer and fill out a form regarding this. They wanted to guide us through the form. We ended the call after this as we had never signed up nor given any credit card details.

Called but left no message.
