I have had many calls from these people, all from a Victorian phone number. Always with an Indian-type accent. They claim to be from a company called Q-Matrix and offer free LED lamps, etc., under the Victorian Government's energy upgrade program. The Victorian Government website for this program has a list of all the companies sub-contracted to do installations, etc. ** Q-MATRIX IS NOT ON THAT LIST **. Also, there is no company called Q-Matrix registered in Victoria on the Australian Business Register. Definitely a scam operation.

The caller was very pushy and would not take no for an answer. Tried to say that I had agreed to an inspection when I clearly said that I did not need a replacement. They called our company multiple times and they got quite rude when I wouldn’t accept an inspection from them.

VICTORIAN ENERGY UPGREADES PROGRAM. It's a LEGIT company initiated by the VIC GOVT. I got free led lights, IHD device from them. They also providing free refregarator to the business. I am very happy to received those things.
