100% Scammer call from a fixed Melb line - so don't answer it and block. This number and a mobile kept calling all day and no message was left by either - I called back tonight and guess what? Yep, the two Numbers are not in service...

I received a call from (03) 8652 6848.
It did not ring on my end.
I come online to see if the number had been reported and it has many times.
I traced the number to a Vinod Reddy from a business called AUD2RUPEE supposedly in Melbourne.
That Facebook link then took me to AUD$2inr on Facebook which is in India
I have blocked the number

Recorded message from 'Tess at Australian National Research Centre'. Message was asking for input re: cost of living pressures. I hung up.
