Hi receive a call from this (03) 8646 8775 and very annoyed. If given by ANZ Bank, I am very disappointed with the bank.

Thankfully I missed the call but used the work phone to call back and got a message saying it was "ANZ outbound customer care". I called ANZ and it was recorded that 'ANZ' had tried to contact me on thier computer system. Noting all the comments above, I have put in a formal complaint and have been told that they will request my name and number be removed from their list.... lets hope so!

I had a missed call from this number with no message left. I won't be returning the call and share the same feeling that it feels like a scam. If it's not a scam then the ANZ marketing manager is not doing a good job in promoting their name using this method.

Have received several missed calls, no message left. Annoying. Did answer one last year, ANZ asking questions, explaining services etc. I too am an ANZ customer. The lady baffled on for about 2 minutes without taking a breat at one time, then asked if I wanted to sign up for additional services. Not over the phone lovely, and I am at work. Same as others, if I want something, I generally arrange to have it - don't need people chasing me.

Also had call from this number today, no response on answering . So Googled number and found this site. Have an idea my partner got 'sucked' in by this lot a couple of weeks ago and she said to talk to me !! As has already been said, if I wish to talk to ANZ, I'll go to my local branch.

I think I've received two phone calls per day from this number over the past three weeks and they never leave a message on the voicemail. It's driving me mad.

2 missed calls today from this number, about 3 hrs apart. I figured if they don't leave a message then it can't be important. Will be saving to my phone directory as "DO NOT ANSWER"

I have been getting missed calls from this number for the past couple of weeks. Finally answered a call tonight, but was too busy to talk. I work on the basis that anyone cold calling me is wanting to scam me. If I want something, I will call them. Thank goodness this came up, so I know to tell them to stop bothering me! Yet another reason I have become so cynical!

I too have been receiving calls from this number but only after going into the ANZ bank and asking to speak with a mortgage specialist. The no. Is legit but it is an outsourced company making the calls on behalf of ANZ which I find strange as it means that theyre passing over our confidential info to another company. My final bug bear is that I specially said 'no calls before 4pm' the last two have been 11.15am and 9.05am which means I won't be answering any of these calls soon.

I also just received a call from this number today. Caller took a while to speak and announced they were from ANZ. Calling as a courtesy re my new card - what new card?! Anyway when she asked me for information to verify my identify, I said I am ending the call and hanging up. So I did. Why ask me for ID when she was the one who called! Like I don't know who I am. Obviously, a scam.

I have also been receiving daily calls from this number for about 3 weeks, but they never leave a message. When I try to call them back it says incorrect number! Glad to know its spam!

I had a call from this person saying they were from ANZ and wanted to know how i was going with my new credit card. I knew it was a scam as i dont have a credit card and when they asked for my personal details i told them that i would rather speak to someone face to face at a branch and they just hung up.

Same as other reports mentioned. Someone from ANZ wanting to know about my financial plans for the next 6 months etc. Yes I am an ANZ customer but I don't want them cold calling me to sell me more of their services. I will contact YOU ANZ if I need your services!
