Calls on a weekly basis. No message ever left. I believe it is Telstra

Had four missed calls from this number. Called back, auto answer voice told me
It was transferring me, and I was put through to Tracy from Telstra.

Woman first then man both with heavy accents. Offering all sorts of free upgrades from Telstra. They asked for my landline number. I said "What number do you have?". They immediately hung up. I reckon their next question would have been "When is your birthday?" Sound sus to me but if genuine it is about time Telstra gave their PR department a shake up.
