NAB credit card department, about missed monthly payment or credit card over limit. They have a range of numbers generally starting "03 8634" and ending "1034 to 1095" etc

This is National Bank Collection Department. If your credit card is 5 after the due date (no even close cycle yet) they start ringing. Once you pressed #1 like instructed system transfer you to speak to real human who then will harrass you for payment of credit card.
