Called and said I had been approved to lease a property (which I had not) and that they could help me reduce water gas and electricity bills. When I told the Asian? lady I had not leased the property she became very aggressive and abusive, Told her never call me again and hung up

Received a call but couldn't hear anything so I hung up. When I called it back it was an automated message "Hi you have called 'Reduce my bills'.."
