Had a garbled message. People talking behind a male voice - could make out that he said f**k. Hope it's not Roy Morgan given the rudeness of the message.

Caller: Seems to be a legitimate call from Roy Morgan (market research)

25/8/20 Answered the postcode question and the first question about the survey, then quit the survey. Unsure about the legitimacy.
I called Roy Morgan to verify https://www.roymorgan.com/
While they couldn't confirm the whole number (working from home... not well resourced) they did confirm the campaign from the first question.
So it seems legitimately Roy Morgan.

I also politely asked them to remove my number from their list.

private research firm used by governments and business, not building a profile , purely statistical and reserach purposes

Caller: Roy Morgan Research

I’ve been doing their surveys for a few years. They are legit.
BUT this is the 3rd call in 3 days after I told them I was unwell on day 1 and wouldn’t be taking part in this one. Obviously they couldn’t understand me with almost no voice and coughing fits while politely declining the invitation this week. 🙄
p.s. no I don’t have Covid! Good old bad case of Rhinovirus with a sinus infection as a secondary illness.

Caller: Says Roy Morgan Research - Phishing

This is Phishing. Caller said he was performing research for government and would take 30 mins. Process included questions for personal address, email, date of birth, kids names. None of this is required in gov surveys. I suspect the vouchers and multiple surveys are used to build a profile over time. My suggestion is that if you want the vouchers, make up the private information and spoof the spoofers. You may get $10 and you will do your bit for others in society by tying them up.

Called at 4:40pm, when I was driving home from work. Didn’t ask if it was convenient to speak, or maybe call later.....just straight into her spiel. I thought it was quite rude, told her not possible to speak, hung up. Number blocked.
