Spoke to this bitch Yash who demanded that I pay a credit card that I defaulted on in full, the bank only just sent the account to the company - Pioneer Credit.
Called the company back on their 1300 number & got to speak to this guy (sorry forgot his name). who said that they are able to assist me with different options. He listen to me, like really listened to me - explained that due to my situation (broke) that they have a hardship area that could assist me. He told me that when they call that they could possible offer to freeze the interest for a while until I get back on my feet - which they did and since returning to work I've been able to my the account off with a discount. So glad I didn't have to speak or listen to that bitch Yash and called the company back - But Pioneer get rid of the bad apples they spoil your taste.....
