has called many times hangs up if i answer, leaves a non message voicemail

yeah they say they are AGL ANYTIME but this is part of the scam.

I called back, and it says AGL Anytime

Continuously being called by this number. Have now blocked the number. When I picked up the second time they called, there was dead space before someone, with an accent, starts speaking looking for someone, I hung up. They never leave a message.

Caller: Unknown.

They have called me twice today, twice yesterday, and once the day before. Reading the comments I believe it’s AGL as I have just disconnected my service with them. They don’t leave any message. They are so unprofessional. I have now blocked her number

Im guessing but this is AGL spam caller from the Melb Office, they called me twice yesterday afternoon from the Adelaide Number This is Miss use of your private information and needs to be reported to the appropriate agencies.

Its AGL- They keep calling me after i switched from them as a provider but they just call incessantly and never leave a message!

Said he was from AGL and said I was offered a discount

It could be AGL as I have just changed my provider. AGL sent me an email asking me to call them to talk about my energy plans. When I clicked on the email link, perhaps because it was on my PC, it didn't connect to any website. If on my phone, maybe it would have gone to a phone number. They had their 1300 number on the email and it certainly appeared genuine with my account number as well.
So whether the 813 9352 number is a scam or not I can't say. It sounds like perhaps AGL has outsourced contacting recent customers by phone in an effort to have them reconsider.

Calls multiple times per day since changing my utilities account. I spoke to them on (03) 8611 5160 and hung up when they started asking for personal information. The person has an accent which is not Australian so I cannot be sure that this isn't a scam.

Said he was from AGL and my account was going to be canceled

called twice within five minutes on Sat... from interstate i assume as it is a 03 number... second time rang only two seconds so i couldn't answer it... no voicemail left...

I didn’t answer the call I don’t know anyone with that number
