Caller: Supposedly agl

I'm not sure if is legit

Several calls from this number in the last two days. They were not answered and the caller left no message. Suspected scam call.

Caller: Agl scam

They were pushing to make me get email bills. I rang Agl and checked and they said no they had not contacted me. Scam callers

Had this number call over several days. No message left. I assumed it to be scam caller. Don't know anyone in Melbourne.

Had a persistent caller from a scam solar rebate company at first and told them to remove me from their data base
Then this Mlebourne number started calling me immediately there after and now regularly
Your comments its pretending to be from AGL line up so have blocked this number

I received a call from this number, a female with a foreign accent, advised they were from AGL, said they couldn't access my property due to a dog being present, the thing is i don't own a dog. By pure chance I also received a text from Jemena earlier this morning, who I do know supply the meter readers, the text advised a meter reader will be coming on the 23rd of June to read my meter, that's in 5 days time, so no one from AGL has been here recently. Since I hung up on the call i noticed they have attempted to call me three times in a three minute period since the time I answered and I have a missed call from them from yesterday. They're persistent.

Wonder if AGL has sold their customer list to someone? You don't know where info goes when you give it to a stranger.. how can you tell nowadays?

They have called several times over the last few days - goes straight to my voicemail but no message left - suspected scam. I do not know anyone in Melbourne.

Caller: A woman with an accent.

Claimed to be from AGL seeking personal details and claiming recent bad weather prevented an in person meter read. Even sent a code by sms claiming to be from AGL. Hung up quickly when I said no way was I giving details which AGL already had.

Caller: AGL Impersonator

Pretended to be from AGL and sent a "verification" SMS. Got annoyed when I said I'd call AGL myself to verify the legitimacy of the call.

2 calls in the last 2 days, no message left. No one answered when i called back.

Caller: Stated they were agl

Heavily accented woman. Wanted me to go to electronic bills via email. Got irritated when I started to ask questions. Sounded like a scammer told them I was busy and not interested and hung up. They tried several times to call again.
