Multiple "hang up in your ear calls" when answered due to it being an AGL call centre. Yes, similar to others we moved our account, so a wonderful PR excercise in trying to get unhappy customers to stay....AGL - are you with us? Err...no, we are definitely not!

AGL. I left them so they keep calling to ask why. They don't stop and the constant calling is getting really annoying now

Multiple calls, all at same time each day, hangs up after a few moments without speaking

No one at the other end. Some static noise and then it hangs up on you.

They still call and hangup. We have an IVR on our phone system.

SPAM/COLD CALLING - Told me I was switching to AGL and they needed personal private details? Told him no. Then he told me he can give me a better price on energy if I want to switch to AGL and when I told him "I thought you said we were already switching to AGL?" he hung up.

Annoying. First time I said you've called a business,we are in a building, speak to body corporate. Second time, answered and hung up when the voices of many people can be heard in the background. Not interested. Time wasters
If this is how AGL are conducting business then everyone here did the right thing and change providers.

Confirming it's AGL - I am switching providers so they were calling to try to get me to stay. (1st time no message left, 2nd time I answered!)

Tuesday I answered the call and the caller hung up.

same story, called 2 times today, no message when l missed the call and no voice when l answered it.....BLOCKED !

Just got a call - when I answered no-one there - spam, spam

This number just keep calling without leaving a message. It is extremely disturbing and I had to block this number.
