Automated voice message left on voice mail, asking to select a number from various choices to debt my bank account.

Message left: "$9.99 will be deducted automatically from your account. If you wish to cancel this, press 1. If you wish to speak to our representative, press 9." I replayed this message twice and pressed both numbers (1 & 9) and BOTH times, there was nothing.
It sure looks and feels like a SCAM!!
