Supposedly a company offering discount deals for electricity, just require payment up front. When I said I am not interested and do not want to receive any further calls, he says "f*** you, bye!" and hung up.
From the background noise, sounded like a whole room of them all doing the same thing

Scammers! Block them if you can!

Had several missed calls from this number. Answered once, male with accent started talking about electricity. I hung up. Scam. Best to just block

Every time I order electronic components from eBay I get a call the day they arrive.
Every single time without fail.
I actually take bets with my friends these days that the call will come.
If I can figure this out then why can't the Australian Government Scam Watch ???????????????????

Asking for Leanne about house rates and power supposedly being cut off, 6th call from the same number - blocked.
He was rude when I said this is the 6th time before I hung up on him mid sentence.

Caller: Spam call

Call centre robocall. Supposedly an (03) Melbourne number. Wouldn't surprise me if it's a spoofed number & it's actually an Indian call centre. Got a few of those the last couple of months... Blocked!

Overseas Call Centre (possibly from India): Lied that the electricity rates have been changed on 1 November 2021. It hasn't changed since 1 September 2021. Trying to churn customers. Block

I didn’t answer.
IN SHORT…..SCAM …. BLOCK THE NUMBER.

I rang back, 1 minute after they called me…, (made sure my number was not showing)
I Got a recorded message saying “you have been contacted by a market research company dealing with leading UK companies… leave a message if you want to take part….”
HELLO - this is AUSTRALIA… why would we be doing UK company market research.
TOTAL SCAM.

I AM GETTING SICK OF THESE TYPES OF CALLS - WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NO SOLICITING PHONE LIST?

Caller did not speak and hung up in my ear! Looks like a scam caller or electricity seller!

Caller: Indian call centre.

Indian call centre didn’t like me calling them the scammer. Said I was a scammer your the one calling people trying to rip off hard working people.

Interstate unsolicited obvious scam call with no message left.
