Unknown no message busy when returned call

EVERY GOD DAM DAY this number rings my business between 11.15am - 2pm and has done for the last 6 months!! WHY! When I see the number I answer and say NOTHING and within 3 seconds they hang up without a word. How the F*** can we stop them? Honestly a waste of time. Please

By any chance, did someone who got a call recently from this number sign up to any websites and leave their phone number?
I did though I won't say the website. Just wondering as I signed up for information approx 15 mins beforehand.

seem to be based offshore, calling people who have registered web domains with offers to help with website design and development, SEO etc

I have seen this number and then I get SMS messages. I think we are validating our number and then we are sent scam links aimed at stealing our identities and providing access to potentially installing dangerous software on our phones. I send all scam SMS messages to ACMA, hopefully they are working with the telephone companies to stop these thieves.

EVERY GOD DAM DAY this number rings my business between 4PM - 5PM and has done for the last 6 months!! WHY! When I see the number I answer and and they ask for the business owner. I now say I am not interested to which they say "but dont you want to know why". I say not really and then they argue with me. These timewasters are grubs. How the F*** can we stop them? Honestly a waste of time.

this number called and said nothing. it was connected, then was hung up by caller or machine caller. Telstra or Police should investigate this number.

Another scammer, trying to get our voice print I suppose, now I just pick up from numbers I dont know and wait to hear if there is someone on the line. If its a scam call centre it will drop out as it waits for sound to activate and move you on to another call scammer. Simply block the number as I have each time this happens - sighs, its the world we live in

Get a phone with a function that bars numbers of your choice that call you. Simple! That's what I did and never a problem since. Do it!
