Keeps calling me. but i cant call it back. comes up as telemarketer on my phone.

Some telco needs to block this nuisance .

If you have an Android phone and you get a message from Google on screen telling you that you have a chance to win an I phone
If you give your phone number you'll start getting calls from that number
If you put email address your Junk Mail will increase dramatically
Avoid Google offer of I phone you'll never find anyone who won
But you'll get calls from that number and thousands of annoying junk email

Called back and got 39 seconds of hold music then disconnect. I suspect it is an automated dialling service

This number keeps calling me but never leaves a message.

Now you get 40 seconds of music, no ringtone at all then it hangs up on you. Bang on 40 seconds. Every. Single. Time......
