I was called on my private mobile whilst at work from this number - no message was left. I called the number back and got the message "The number you called is not in service".
I have also been called from this number on 16th January at 19:41 hours and 10th of January 2020 at 15.17 -no messages left on either occasion.
It doesn't seem legitimate if the number is not in service, unless it is in service for outgoing calls only, from a call centre maybe?

I called the number back. It is not in service. So it was a scam caller
