If it is Pcyc as suggested they won't get donations by hanging up as soon as I pick up. Really annoying. Call morning and evening most days and hang up.

Never responds when I answer the call. It's a great cause that Police does for young people, but the call is correctly rated as spam given the behaviour of the caller.

Caller: Police and community youth clubs I presume they are actually raising money for PCYC? It is a legit not for profit (I used to work for them!) but the callers are painful.
