I don't answer unknown numbers and unsolicited calls. Don't call them back either. Once blocked, they call from a different number in a few days. Very likely connected to (03) 8580 9796. Don't know who they are because I don't bother calling back unsolicited calls.

This is a scam they try to find out when you arent home to come rob your house. They also try to get personal details and financial details.

Multiple missed calls from this number, no voicemail left. Assuming it's a scam call.

Recorded message advising I had been called for sales and marketing purposes.

Caller: When returning the call the message say "Skytech Marketing"

Likely spam or selling something i don't need or want

I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number. No message left. Some sales marketing mob. I found that out when I called them back from my private landline. A recording said I was being put in a queue. I then hung up.
