Dodgy telemarketer / scammer. Hangs up in your ear after you answer and on ringing them back (with my phone ID turned off) you get a computerised message with two options - to get put through to an agent or to leave your number to be placed on their dodgy “no call register”. Don’t do either. Block the number!
