Tried calling 4 times today off this number and a few slightly different other numbers, on the last call they had the location come up on my phone as "voicemail" calling.reported to the do not call website and blocked

I work for a HVAC company, and I would rather trust them than a cold-call.
Blocked number. Any landline beginning with 03 8580 is a spam call. I picture one giant call centre filled with people taking advantage of every government rebate program possible, along with other nefarious schemes.
Remember when Australia produced secondary goods with the aid of our intuitiveness and skills? Now, we're making lattes and running smelly call centres bothering people at work.

They call, but they can't be bothered leaving a voicemail message to identify themselves (leading to the assumption that they are scammers).
