Call from India, dialler technology - when u answer there’s few secs silence then they pick up and start their pitch
Shower head nonsense. Don’t give any info
Calls placed from outside Australia don’t have to comply with the Do Not Call register, it’s how they get around it even if it’s showing as an Australian number calling

Why is Australia giving out all these numbers to India?

Answered, could hear nothing I said hello several times then I hung up

They actually thought I was my wife. We've had multiple calls from the same spam factory about replacing showerheads, lights, etc. Different numbers, same spiel. Don't bother asking to be taken off the list. Won't happen.

Companies advertising will do anything to get a bite, eventually, they may get a customer and scam them if they provide their details. Take a look at daytime TV, yes bored people do and will buy crap, the antiwrinkle creams, etc just make me laugh, you cannot change your birthdate, and if you eat sh*t, you with feel and look like it too...

Answered but didn't say a word. Didn't hear anything on the other end, they were likely on mute awaiting to hear my voice. They hung up after 10 sec. Number now blocked.
