Started talking at a million miles an hour about electricity bills. When I let the caller know why I wasn’t interested he wanted to know why.

called me and I blocked it cause it was an 02 number I don't know anyone from 02 state so I blocked it and they called 3 times on different numbers and it came up as fifibook
