Googling seem to indicate survey company and indian callers trying to get you to change power companies.

A man called Kevin rang … didn’t introduce the company he was from but said it was about my electricity account. I live in another state and there is only one supplier of electricity and it is not based in. Victoria.

Calling regarding electric bills. I hung up as I noticed it’s a scam call

Extremely loud music in the background. Didn’t introduce themselves just started telling me . “You pay the power bill. You will be the power bill”. I hung up.

I didn't answer but they left a voicemail with call center background noise

Hung up before I could speak. Likely spam.
