Caller: I don't know

I have been getting 3-5 calls per week from this number for 4-5 months. They seem to be increasing and I have decided not to answer ANY calls from ANY number unless there is a name ID for the caller or I recognise the number. By default, therefore, unless ANY caller leaves a message, or tries again and fails to leave a message, I cannot return the call or be contacted. Sorry to be such a grouch, and apologies to legitimate callers, but this is just one of many nuisance callers I receive and I am totally fed up and will no longer be at their mercy. I hate being in such a helpless position to take some appropriate action to stop these intrusions

No idea who this is however they call up to 3 times per day and leave no message. Weird noise like it’s a robocall happens when they don’t connect. Just downright annoying
