Wanting to speak to business owner about telephone line, and some deal they will do. Don't answer, they are just wasting your time.

Cold caller with the "your telephone line rental cost has been reduced". Told him I wasn't interested and he rang back 7 times...the last two leaving messages of background office noise to try and fill my voicemail.
Total a-holes who should be prosecuted.
