Starts with the usual corny line of "How would you like to save some money? I can save you at least 10% from your current payments." How do they know they can save 10% when they don't know how much you actually pay??? Don't answer the call!

The person to whom this number belongs has rang my sister on numerous occasion and sits on the other end of the phone not saying anything to her she is upset by this and is finding it to be herrassing and wants it to stop before goes to the police about it
