When you call back it does not answer or disconnects.
It appears to be a scam caller.

Kept phoning every day without leaving a message.
It appears to be a marketing company that tries to sell you Horizon Energy.
Phoned back after hours and selected do not call back from their menu.

Scam trying to sell electricity at a cheap rate or just scam your details

Telephone rings and then when you answer it hangs up. When you call back it says they are calling to discuss some great deals that you might be interested in but their office is currently closed (even though they just called!).

They hung up, possible nuisance caller
