Called twice today, incapable of leaving a message so I’ve blocked!

don't know anyone in (03) Melb, never left a message.....similar numbers with same starting prefix also keep calling ??

Don't answer the phone when I don't recognize the number. Whoever it was had the opportunity to leave a message and didn't do so. The last time I blocked a number the person still managed to keep ringing on that number!
