Kept calling, when I answered, there was a delay before it seemed to connect, so I hung up and blocked them. Tried calling me 4 times.

Call centre spam. Have called me 5 times in recents days only to hang up then when I answered today they were very rude. Unsolicited call centre about energy rates.
