Indian man who sounds like he hates his life. wanted to sell cheaper electricity.
I told him i no longer live in Victoria and we ended the call. He/his team then called me back a few days later with a similar number (03) 8518 6906

I called back number (03) 8518 6912 spoke to a guy but did not say for what company.
