Caller said about electricity account, have blocked them previously an d they call on different extension

I received this call, he knows my name and the signal is not good. I ask he where are you calling from, he said(very bad attitude), listen to my accent, where do you think I calling from. (idiot Indian accent)

These call centres use software to randomly dial 1000's of numbers, if you answer and say hello the computer transfers the call to a sales person.

If you answer and say nothing after about five seconds the computer will hangup, if it's a genuine call they will say hello after a few seconds of silence.

said it was about my electricity services. i said I didn't know who they were. She hung up

she rang me and seem to know my full name, she keep going on and on, are your name on the electric bills, i say yes.... then she need more info from me for providing with discount etc. however, when i say to her i am not the right one to talk about electric bills in my house, she then hang up off. WHAT THE HELL?
please don't do this to us if you are human being!!!!

tried to answer this call, but noone responded to the other line. wasn't expecting a call, so might be telemarketer

best way to handle a tele call you say you are homeless trust me they will stop calling
