Three times in one day even after I asked them to stop calling. Electricity company prospecting. Don’t answer.

3 calls in the space of 4 hours. heavily accented voice. energy saving something or other. asked if they could stop calling. hmmmmm

Rang back, didn't even make a ring tone, immediately answered to "thanks for calling back how can I help you." Like...? I don't even know who you are. Judging by the accent and background noise it's an Indian call centre.
