Caller: strong accented person (offshore but using AUS number) had a call from this offer claiming to be from Optus and regarding our NBN connection - was not happy with me (ie hung up on me) when I advised that we would call optus to confirm

Called back and head a weird telephone ring, hung up straight away. In the past when i had these calls its usually electricity. So many calls going around. So bloody annoying.
