Caller: Rick They first asked if I realised there had been an increase in electricity bill, and clarified that they are only here to provide " the latest deal regarding my electricity bill". They then asked me which electricity company I am with.

Indian accent sounded like a call center lot of background noise and chatter, asking about recent electricity and power changes asked what power provider I was with.
