I returned call a women answered and explained something about electricity bill I payed on time will revive a discount.
Bye the way when I called back the call tone sounded weird very old sounding.
It's a scam from over seas some were I wish these people a horrible future and wish they could be found and prosecuted.
I explained to them to never call me again but the call on different numbers I've blocked several numbers it's very tie ring.

I have a new number for 3days and only used for WhatsApp only have one contact using whatsapp,now I have recived this spam number? Only one way they got it, from the whatsapp sharing my number.
