I don't recognise the number. Rang twice and left no voicemail message. I'm guessing scam.

My phone was on quiet time. Only listed people can get through. They knew to call three times and got through anyway. No message, so it's no one I know. Getting blocked!

Ha ha before I checked this website I pretended to be someone else and then as soon as he said 'Government Solar Program' I hung up on him!!

If you don't know the number, just don't answer it, guarantee they wont a msg, but if you do answer it, then they know your phone is active. And you'll get bombarded by them... Keep them guessing.. Lol....
