Same as previous comment that it is a scammer using fake caller ID. Also searched this number on wefindcaller and found the number was registered to a failed and closed company NZ 3 pty Ltd. Phone manufacturers and telcos need to change their policies to ensure these scammers can only call from their own number and cannot use different and fake numbers to hide their true identity and country of origin.

Scammer using fake caller ID. A quick search shows number registered as follows: Registrant Company: NZ 3 PTY LIMITED. This company was liquidated a few years ago and no longer exists. Blocked!
