I had one from this number a few weeks ago claiming to want to ask questions about an SMSF. I thought I had blocked it... have now!

Call from Elthem, Victoria. Didn’t recognise so didn’t answer. Searched the number here and fancy that, it’s a scam.
Number blocked.

Called 12:45 1/7/21. Details as noted by previous entries. Didn't answer. Blocked number.

I delayed saying "hello" when I answered... heard some background noise than they hung up. I think these autodiallers do that if you don't immediately speak, how I generally know it's a spam call.

Seems like a scam as when i asked the lady where she was calling from she wouldn't repeat it and end up hanging up. She did however at the beginning of the call ask for myself by name and then asked if she were speaking with my name and I never said yes but asked who was calling and where from. Don't trust these people.

I don't answer any (03) numbers any more. I don't care if the call states Australia as many of these calls are OS calls using Aussie numbers. It's a shame that these numbers can't be traced. Most 03 numbers are scams

Busy call centre asking about my superannuation. Filo accent. Second call in two days this t8me from a different number. Blocked!

Thank goodness for this site - I check all numbers & block everyone I can that is spam. This is just another one.

Scam

Callled, knew my full name and said they could improve my superannuation. Said I didn't have super, they hung up after saying thanks, bye.

second call in 2 days from a melbourne number. caller knew my name and number. I asked where he got my details and he said a partner. I pressed for more info and he said Dun and Bradstreet. I told him this was a scam and he hung up

I didn't answer the phone call however they left a 'voice message' in which they didn't say anything - just call centre sounds in the background.

called me said that they work along side super companies - I said I wasn't interested and she hung up

Caller: A guy with Indian accent

When I answered the phone straight away, there was a few seconds delay. I suspected it was from a call centre from overseas. The caller had my name and wanted to do a survey and ask me 5 questions. I asked him which company was he from and he hung up. It is most likely a scam and wanted to get more information from you.

Caller: SMSF superfund management

Asked how I manage my super, age and amount in my super account

Claimed to be Agnes from Victoria, wanting to ask questions about an SMSF fund. When I asked had she spoken to my representative, she hung up. I think that this could be a good answer for scams.

Caller: Sam

Said from SMS historical Asking about my Super. I said I didn't have any with his company. Thanked me and hung up.
