These bastards call me every single day telling me I can save money on my energy bills. I say F#%k Right Off!! and they still call. I'm about to flip my sh*t!!!!! I block the number and then another similar number calls back the next day.

Call your provider and ask for a miscellaneous call trace (free for first month) they get a warning from police to stop calling.

This number calls daily and when you try to call back it's barred if you do get a call just lose it with them.
