Caller: they said they were from SES asked for donation, I said would not do so over phone, have now received official looking letter presumably from SES re the raffle. Tried many times to ring above number got message that line congested. Is this a SCAM???

someone called Cathy called me and left a message asking for the expiry date of my credit card say she was from Heart House Victoria. The only Heart House Victoria I can find is in Canada so I'm confused. She left the number 84145699
