Called number back and received ,your call cannot be connected message.

Keep getting a weekly call at odd times. When I call back, it's a disconnected number???

I'm getting more of these scammers
I just block them all the time India is biggest scammers and smelliest in the world

Asked to speak to me by name and then hung up

I just received a call from this number and they told me it was about my electricity bill. I told them I don't get electricity bills (I live with my parents) and they immediately hung up. I'm thinking it's some type of scam.
