Suspected spammer, they left a message but spoke Chinese 🙄

I bought a belong internet hotspot device, how ever the device didn’t seem to be working so I just slipped the card into an old iPhone to use as my hot spot and all of a sudden months later the phone just starts ringing…. Suspect spam
