rings, when not answered hangs up and leaves no message recommend do not answer any calls from Victoria every one i have had in the past 9 months have been the same just another nuisance call to add to the day

Caller: Utility Business Group (they said) Utility Business Group, they said. I didn't want to hear anything further because I have no interest in speaking to cold callers who could be anyone, not even the business they say they are!

Caller: Utility Business Group Missed their call, called back immediately and the recorded message said it was outside of business hours. What a surprise considering they rang me at 7:38pm. Very annoying.
