Unsolicited call. I called back said it was Well Connect I think and they are out of hours 3 minutes after they called me twice.

Scam call to mobile phone, purporting to be in relation to electricity bills. Asked if I'm the person "responsible for the electricity bills". I asked, "For what location?" He hesitantly said, "For [pause] New South Australia." I said, "You're not in Australia, are you?" Another pause, and he hung up.
